Courtney Schouwerwou is a Canadian poet from Ontario.

Growing up you would find her filling notebooks with lyrics, quotes, poems, and art. She has always felt everything deeply and poetry became her form of self expression and creativity. She always imagined writing a book about her life and couldn’t be more excited to share her words with you.

July Rain is her debut book of words that comes straight from the heart, through her journeys of heartbreak and trauma. Her hope is that this book helps you not feel so alone. Courtney continues to write and create a poetry collection of her journeys through depression, love, and healing. Stay tuned for more books.

Courtney now has a home in the country with her loving spouse and dog. There is true love after heartbreak.
